REAL ESTATE AUTOPILOT

Terms of Service

Effective July 11, 2026 · Real Estate Autopilot is operated by Totalis Real Estate Solutions (Indiana broker license RB20001289).

By using this site or the platform, you agree to these terms. They're short on purpose — read them.

1. The service

Real Estate Autopilot is an AI-assisted operations platform for real-estate professionals. Access is by invitation. AI agents draft work product; a human reviews and approves anything client-facing before it ships. Portions of the public site demonstrate the platform with simulated activity, labeled as such.

2. AI outputs need your judgment

AI-generated drafts can be wrong, incomplete, or out of date. You are responsible for reviewing every output before you rely on it or send it. The platform does not provide legal, tax, financial, or brokerage advice, and nothing it produces is a substitute for a licensed professional's judgment — including yours.

3. Professional compliance stays yours

If you're a licensee, you remain responsible for complying with your license law, MLS and association rules, advertising rules, and every applicable regulation. The platform's compliance screening is a safety net, not a defense.

4. Fair housing

You may not use the service to discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, disability, familial status, national origin, or any protected class under federal, state, or local law. We screen for it, we block it where we detect it, and we'll terminate access for it. Equal Housing Opportunity.

5. Acceptable use

  • No unlawful use, including messaging that violates consent and telemarketing laws (TCPA, CAN-SPAM, and state equivalents).
  • No attempts to bypass rate limits, proof-of-work challenges, authentication, or organization isolation.
  • No scraping, reselling, or misrepresenting the service or its outputs as human-only work where disclosure is required.

6. Your data

You own the data you bring into your workspace. You grant us the limited rights needed to process it to operate the service, as described in the Privacy Policy. Your workspace is isolated to your organization; it is never used to train models available to others.

7. Availability & changes

The service is provided as-is during the invitation-only rollout and evolves quickly. Features may change, be labeled by maturity, or be gated on integrations. We'll be honest about what's live and what isn't — that's the operating principle of the whole roster.

8. Fees

Current access is by invitation. Pricing takes effect at public launch and will be published on the pricing page before you're charged anything.

9. Termination

You can stop using the service at any time and request export or deletion of your data. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these terms, unlawful use, or abuse of the platform's safeguards.

10. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, and our total liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

12. Changes to these terms

If these terms change, we'll update this page and the effective date above and call out material changes plainly.
